Needed some help with my Thermador oven, and folks at Thermador customer service from Coronado Appliance Fix truly delivered. Found them through a quick online search and decided they seemed reliable enough to give them a shot. Couldn't have been happier with that decision! The technician, Steve, arrived on time and was super friendly. None of that awkward small talk, just straight to business. He seemed to know his stuff inside out and had my oven working again in no time.
One thing I really appreciated was how Steve didn’t mind explaining a few things to me about maintenance. Didn't feel rushed or anything—just solid advice. It's like he’s been doing this forever, probably because he loves what he does. Felt like I learned a thing or two. Prices? Totally fair, and they didn’t try to sell me on something I didn’t need, which is always a pet peeve of mine with repair services. Highly recommend them for any Thermador issues you might be having.
